Chi kung means developing life energy and is developed in the old China. It is a training of body and mind that brings us in contact with something that we have often forgotten: ourselves. It creates a feeling of coming home. You learn to perceive and feel clearly and accurately. The exercises are accessible: everybody can practice at his own pace and on his own level together with others. For the regular practitioner chi kung can be a way for sick people to recover, for tired people to recharge the battery, and for the searcher to acquire the softness and alertness that he or she needs to meet him or her self.

Zhan zhuang (pronounced: dzjam dzjong) is an original chi kung style. Still postures and concsious movements form the core of the practice. Zhan zhuang stimulates physical power, concentrated awareness and clear perception. The exercises are so simple that you will soon bring the acquired energy and new understanding into you daily life. The practice will become a space in which you will start to recognise and experience your original vibration. You will start a fascinating journey through body and mind.
