I would like to start by rendering an image of man by using a metaphor: one of a carriage, a driver, a horse, and a passenger.
The carriage reflects the body in which you are born and in which you go through a journey of experiences: that what we call "life". The carriage is a vehicle in a decelerated vibration that enables you to experience and digest the things that you encounter. At the end of the road you give back the carriage.
The driver is the power of mind in you. He sits on top of the carriage. He makes the choices and with his wisdom he directs the horse on the road.
The horse reflects the power, the energy, with which you move through life. The horse's movement starts from feeling. It is your expression, your emotion.
The passenger is the only one that knows the original assignment. He knows the art of waiting and observing, and gets in when the first three have their act together. He is the essence, the conciousness, the source of willpower.
The work lies in restoring the harmony between carriage, driver and horse, in order to create space for the passenger. This is accomplished through the feeling or the "sensing" of your energetic centre or dan tien, the "field" of power deep in your underbelly.
